Anyway as you probably would agree with me, every bits of this video couldn't be better for practicing english. Let's repeat watching over again and again.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4O5d_YGHjBk Even though in this video the speed of speaking is a little bit fast . however you can find that every sentence that repeats some sort of pattern of speaking over and over again in the video is actually composed of two parts of clauses. and you can especially observe that the latter part begins with ~~would ~~ or ~~could~~. that is the point.
