Early Learning English Boom" is the New Flu!!

Every thing was made from the Word "OM =AUM=옴" , and there is nothing made without the Word OM. (from Scripture of Upanishad in Hindi Religion)
The God is in the Soul of each and every person, and the Soul is the pure Being which can be changed by himself only voluntarily by his own decision not by others but can be developed by education, training, thinking, and religion especially in early age. The Soul(God) in the person can be bad or good by each person's own decision as God is not good or bad, and we can know our own Soul is God as the Word is God.
The Word is God, and God is Soul, so Word=God=Soul!!
Any on-e cannot be complete without the other two, and they are interactive influencing each other!!
When the Word, God, and Soul are working together, they can make evrything!!
(***It requires long religious and philosophical explanation to clarify the meaning of Soul in ourselves, and I will not give full explanation here.)
As you can see and understand the importance of the Word on the scriptures of main religions above, learning words and languages is the most important education in school because all educations should be done through words.
In learning English as a second(or foreign) language which is different from learning mother tongue, we have to think 5W1H to find the best solution including if learning English in early age is good or not. Korean government has not studied carefully which way would be the best to teach English as a second language, and just they insisted that English learning is very important in the global age without thinking the most important education effects seriously in long and deep studies.
I will give you the answers for the Questions of 5W 1H in teaching English with my long studies and practices in schools, international business world, and language learning institutes.
1.Who will teach English? -Korean English teachers or Native Speakers?
English should be taught by the teachers who know English teaching methods fully with fluent pronouciation in speaking and good knowledge and command of English in speaking and writing together in hearing and reading. Nationality is not important, and the English teacher can be Korean or Native Speaker as well if they have the requirements explained above.
2.What should be taught in learning English?
Hearing and speaking should be taught first before reading and writing English without Korean language. English should be taught in English not in Korean language. English teachers should be trained English teaching methods profoundly before starting English teaching.
Audio-visual-lingual English teaching method together with how to catch meaning words in hearing and reading together should be shown to the English teachers so that they can practice and apply it in the classroom easily.
Clrarity without ambiguity, logic without contradiction, and consiceness without redundancy are the most important factors in speaking and writing, and the teachers should be able to practice the students how to speak and write with the factors above.
3.When is English to be taught?
All thinking should be done by on-e language usually and preferably by mother tongue, and mastering of mother tongue can be at the age of 12 to 14 (from the principles generally accepted by field study of liguists).
Before learning English as a foreign language, learning and mastering of mother tongue should be completed. Too early learning English(or other foreign languages) together with mother tongue(Korean)can affect the soul of our children, and can cause the mental disorder of our children in way of thinking!!
So, English should be taught from middle school in Korea at the age of 12 not from early age younger than 12. If the students learn mother tongue and English together at same time even before mastering mother tongue, they would have inferiority and confusion in way of thinking. They cannot think systematically in unique way due to the contradictions of mother tongue(Korean) and English(foreign language).

4.Where is the better place in teaching Enlish-in Korea or in English speaking countries?
English should be taught and practiced in Korea not in English speaking countries to learn other subjects such as science, history, mathmatics, and so on. Parents should not send their children to English speaking countries if they want their children to learn other subjects effectively. We have to bring best English teachers from English speaking countries if required, and we should not send our children to English speaking countries any more.
5.Why should English be taught to all students?
English is common language in global age now, which can enable us to communicate with the people all over the world, and all students should learn English for business, study, and everyday communication.
6. How can Englich be taught effectively in school in Korea?
Korean government should prepare well organized English teaching program together with English teaching materials for effective teaching of English including IPTV or internet projection by standardization of all English textbooks so that even without native speakers they can practice the sptandard pronounciation through the program suppoted by government internet projection.
Conclusion : As we have studied above, the parents should not send their children to English speaking countries in early age younger than 12 .
The children should keep their pure soul and mother tongue(Korean) not affected by English or other foreign language before mastering their own mother tongue and completing interactive system and organization between their mother tongue and soul!! Otherwise, mixture of languages and mental disorder will make our children foolish and stupid who cannot think every thing in correct way reasonably!!
English should be taught at the age of 12 or later to guarantee mastering of mothet tongue first before learning English. Mother tongue with their pure soul should be the source of eveything and every thinking for easy and effective understanding of all things that they are learning.
Our English teaching method in school should be re-eval!uated,
and we have to select the best on-e.

The boom of the early learning of English is caused by the vicious education policy of Mr.Lee's government to give more and better opportunities of good jobs and promotions in the government offices and companies to the people who can speak and write English well mainly educated in America even when their jobs have no relation to English. Everybody should understand that the "Early Learning English Boom" is the vicious discrimination policy of this government between the rich(have's) and poor(have-not's) to give more favours to the rich so that they can keep the superior social status to the poor forever.
English is on-ly on-e of many sujects, i.e. Korean, Korean history, mathematics, physics, electronics, music and arts, and etc.
Other sujects are much more important than English, and the government should not emphasize on-ly English too much as they have done from even before the inauguration of the governmet.
Yes, English is the common global language nowadays, but it is not the subject more important than others, and it is very easy and simple to teach English without making booming and distorting Korean Education Policy any more!!
Are you surprised at my opinion of discrimination derived from "Early Learning English Boom."?
I will explain it clearly for your kind understanding as follows ;
Our mother tongue(Korean language) should be mastered first before learning English(or other foreign laguages) to keep our Korean Soul without mixture or contradiction with others. Usually mastering on-e language means the level that on-e can speak, write, think, and communicate with other people without any difficulties with active vocabulary 5,000 words and passive 10,000 (*active and passive vocabulary will be explained separately later) in the language's way of thinking.
The Koreans generally can master Korean laguage at the age 12 (after elementary school).
Before mastering mother tongue, Korean children should not learn other foreign languages if they want to keep Korean soul as Koreans, otherwise they will loose their own soul or they would have no soul at all.
The soul is indispensable to live on this world as a human being.
Early learning English can cause mixture and cotradiction in Korean way of thinking which is very unique and special compared with others', and furthermore this mixture and contradiction can cause the children to loose their own souls or to mix their souls with others which can cause mental disorder in way of thinking.
That's the reason why on-e's mother tongue should be mastered
before learning other foreign language.
Indians usually have learned 3 languages(local -Hindi-English) from their childhood, and the liguists have found that most of Indians have confusion in their culture and mental disorder in their way of thinking ; so they are trying to change their education policy now so that Indian children can master their mother tongue (local language or Hindi ) first before learning English even English is very important as the global language.
Also Filipino people have learned 3 languages(local-Tagalog-English) from their kidergarten before, but they already started to teach Tagalog on-ly from their kindergarten, and teach English from middle school to prevent the mixture or loosing their way of thinking with mental disorder in case of learning 3 languages at same time before mastering their mother tongue.
I have advised aboves to Mr.Lee's government a few times with general explanation of my English Teaching Method based on "Audio-Video-Ligual" practice which can make the students with writing active vocabulary 5,000 words together with reading comprehension passive vocabulary 10,000 speak and listen English fluently and easily on-ly through 6 months perod of intensive training, but they have not listened to my advice upto now.
Also I have no intention to support my well organized English Teaching Program anymore to this government who cannot understand my English Teaching Method nicely and favorably.
I am going to support my English Teaching Program to the next government if they can fully understand my program studied and prepared for more than 20 years with field testing not on-ly in shool and English Learning Institute in Kangnam, Seoul, but in abroad also.
The old traditional English Education of Korea is not bad on-e as they are saying, and on-ly they don't have well designed English Teaching Program for speaking and hearing which should be prepared and supported by the government. The traditional Korean English teching method is for reading and writing not for speaking and hearing, and it is still good for writing and reading English if some modifications should be made in teaching method.
On the contrary, this government have jeopardized Korean English Education by calling so many disqualified English teachers from English speaking countries who have no basic knowledge in English teaching method at all!
Knowing English is on-e thing, and teaching English is another!
Can you teach Korean Language to Cambodians effectively without knowing teaching method?
The answer should be no, absolutely no!!
Then, why do the government put so many disqualified foreigners as English teachers in schools all over Korea even without testing or basic training of English teaching method?
Nobody can understand their intention at all.
Why do so many parents send their children to English speaking countries to let them learn English spending huge amount of money?
Nobody can understand.
Why do the parents even including the poor on-es spend so much money to send their children to English language institutes(hagwons) even to expensive all-English kindergartens in Seoul?
Nobody can understand it logically at all!
All these illogical phenomena have been caused by wrong English Education Policy of this Mr.President Lee's government!
This government would have lerned all the studies mentioned above reagarding the mixture or loosing soul and confusion in way of thinking with mental disorder which can be caused by early learning foreign languages with mother tongue, but they have made "early learning English boom" intentionally even without concrete and well organized masterplan of English education even before Mr.Lee's inauguration as the Korean President.
Didn't they know the merits and demerits of early learning English?
If no, they are too foolish and stupid to govern our country, Korea!!
Did they know the merits and demerits of early learning of English?
If yes, they are too vicious and criminal to protect us, Koreans!
"Early Learning English Boom" is nothing but the vicious discrimination policy of this government.
"Early Learning English Boom" should be stopped by all means as early as possible by the government, otherwise by the people who can fully understand the demerits of "Early English Learning.
