1. Concept / Process / Theory / Phenomenon이 소개되고,

2. Background / Example / Cause / Effect가 설명된다.

Listening (약 90-120초)

1. Reading의 새로운 예를 설명하거나,

2. 추가적인 이야기를 하거나,

3. 전혀 반대의 경우를 설명하거나,

4. 예상하지 못했던 결과를 이야기 해 준다.

Speaking (60초)

1. 교수의 강의 의도를 설명하고,

2. 리딩을 간략히 말해 주며,

3. 리쓰닝의 주된 내용을 설명한다.

Speaking 4번 문제를 쉽게 푸는 방법

1. Reading passage를 읽을 때 키워드를 적어 둔다. (4-5개의 키워드)

2. 교수의 강의를 들을 때 자신이 적어둔 키워드와 관련 있는 예/세부사항/반대의 예를 차례 대로 적어 놓는다.

3. Reading passage를 요약하는 것은 고득점의 비결이 절대 아니다.

이렇게 시작하자!

“In the given listening passage, two students are talking about the female/male student’s problem. The problem that she/he is having is that….”

해결책을 말할 때는 이렇게!

“Two suggestions are made by the male/female student/the professor. First, she/he suggests that he ……… . The other suggestion given is that he/she should……….”

나의 의견을 말할 때는 바로 이렇게!

“In my opinion, the male/female student should…

The reason for this choice is that she/he …..”

Speaking 6번 문제

시작은 이렇게!!

 “In the given listening passage, the professor explains the concept/process/theory

/phenomenon of (강의의 제목).”

Topic Statement는 이렇게 말하자!!

“According to the professor, it is feasible to say that (교수의 주장/주제/논점). He/She elaborates on the main point by giving two illustrative examples / experimental situations / different functions / practical applications.”

첫 번째 예/기능/현상 혹은 원인은 이렇게 말하자!!

“The first example/situation/function/application explained by the professor is that …..

or

“The background/cause of the given phenomenon is that ….. According to the professor, it can be concluded that…..”

두 번째 예/기능/현상은 혹은 결과는 이렇게 말하자!!

“In addition, the professor explains the second example/situation/function/application

; that is,  …… He/She also says that …”

or

“The effect of the phenomenon is that ….. He/she concludes at the end of the lecture that …”
