&lt;P&gt;이것이 개발 호재로 되어 땅값이 많이 올랐습니다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;그런데 제천은 그 중간에 끼어 아무런 개발호재가 없습니다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;하지만 환경이 미래의 재산이라고 하지 않습니까?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;덕분에 충주호 상류인 청풍을 위시한 천혜의 자연환경을 가지고 있지 않습니까.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;그리고 나비효과의 영향(중국 상하이에서나비가 날개짓을 펄렁이면 태평양 건너 미국에는 태풍이 분다는 이론)으로 제천에 투자하셔도 몇년후면 땅값은 오르게 되어있습니다.&lt;/P&gt;
