<P> 어제 일욜(2009년 10월 11일) </P>
<P>강동구자전거대행진행사에 양천구청으로부터 협조요청라이딩이있어 미사리,팔당까지 </P>
<P>갈 요량이었다...헌데!!!</P>
<P>일단 출발하니 날씨가 넘 좋았구...ㅋ</P>
<P>가을갈대밭이 넘 유혹적인 미사리에 도착하니...은근 맘이 달라져 자전거로 갈 수있는 데 </P>
<P>까지 가서 지하철(중앙선)로 점프하잔 의견에 ....</P>
<P>양수리(두물머리)까지 라이딩(75키로) </P>
<P>점심먹고.....양수역(중앙선)에서 승차....</P>
<P>서빙고까지 점프혔다..ㅋ</P>
<P>집까지 돌아오는 길 20여키로해서 99.60정도의 라이딩이었다..</P>
