	    <title>와우~ 넘 맛있는 양념통닭</title>

	    	&lt;P&gt;집에서 만들어 먹는 양념통닭....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;양념통닭이 오래전부터 먹고 싶었다. 아주 오래전부터....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;허나 전화한통에 배달해줄 치킨집도 없고...결국은 집에서 해결하기로....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;결과는 넘 맛있다는...이러다 통닭집 차려도 되겠다....는 신랑의 말에....또 감격....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;정말 맛있게...일년을 넘도록 먹고만 싶어 하던 통닭을 아주 아주 맛있게 먹게 되었다는.....^^&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;땅콩을 뿌리고 싶었으나, 호두밖에 없어서 호두를 살짝~ 땅콩이 더 맛있었을것 같다.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;리조또는 시간이 조금 걸리긴 하지만....넘 맛있기에, 그 시간을 감내할 수 있다.... ^^&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6인분&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;쌀 500g, 100g 버터, 100g 치즈 (구리에 또는 꼼떼...에멩딸도 가능), 양파 2개, 화이트 와인 (dry) 15cl, 1l 닭육수&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;해산물(오징어, 새우. 홍합 등등은 추가하면 더 맛있지요...) 소금, 후추&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. 냄비에 버터를 녹이고&amp;nbsp;채썬 양파를 볶는다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. 양파가 어느정도 익으면 쌀을 넣고&amp;nbsp;같이 볶아준다. 쌀알이 투명해질때 까지 중간불에서 계속 저어준다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;화이트 와인을 냄비에 추가하여&amp;nbsp;계속 저어준다. 어느정도 수분이 사라지면 &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. 여기에 손질해둔 해산물을 추가 합니다. 없으면 생략....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;육수를 조금씩 넣어 가면서 계속 중불에서 저어준다....저는 닭 육수 대신 다시마 멸치 육수를 이용했답니다. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 국자로 한번 육수를 넣고 저어주면 수분이 없어지고, 또 다시 육수를 한 국자 넣고 수분이 없어질때까지 저주&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 고...계속 반복입니다. 밥이 익을때 까지....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. 밥이 거의 익었을때 치즈를 갈아서 넣어주고....수분이 완전히 없어지면...다 되었습니다....&lt;/P&gt;

	    	&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;만주...진작부터 한번 해 보고 싶었는데...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;앙금으로 쓸 만한 팥을 구하기 힘들어서 미루고 있었다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;아는분이 팥은 아니고, 앙금으로 쓸 수 있는 콩~ 을 주셔서 한번 만들어 봤지요.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;재료: 연유 188g, 계란 노른자1개, 박력분 180g, BP 5g, 앙금 약 600g&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. 2.&amp;nbsp;연유에 노른자를 넣고 잘 섞는다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. 체에 친 밀가루를 연유에 넣고 반죽&lt;/P&gt;
