	    	&lt;P&gt;구궁은 배꼽을 중심으로 형성된 평면이 아닌 구의 형태이고 사람의 배안에 있다. 구궁은 인간이 시간과 공간을 오가며 남긴 흔적을 모두 담고 있는 나의 브랙 박스이기도 한다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;앞뒤와 상하 그리고 좌우가 있는 둥근 덩어리가 구궁의 모습이고, 사람안에 있는 태양계 인 것이다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;중궁을 제외하고 구궁 가운데 가장 으뜸이 되는 궁은 9번 궁인 이(離)궁이다. 이궁은 다른궁을 인도한다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;중궁에 머무는 것이 원신(元神)이라면 이궁은 인신(人神)이 머물고 있다. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;들어온 천기를 중궁으로 보내 감궁에서 올라온 지기와 결합시키는 역할을 한다. 그리고 결합하지 못하거나 결합한뒤 해체된 천기를 내보내는 곳이기도 하다. 이것을 수승화강의 흐름이라고도 한다.&lt;/P&gt;
