– New Amended Enhancements to the LPGN Compensation Plan

새로 수정된 LPGN 보상플랜

 

 

Dear LPGN Independent Business Owners,

 

 

***Matrix Bonus 중요/많은 분들이 잘못 알고 있는 부분*** 

아래 그림은 메트릭스 보너스 입니다.

1.12대(Level)까지 지급(프리미어직급)하며 Generation(추천)과는 관련 없읍니다.

2.중간에 직추천한분이 있던 업라인 추천한 분이든 관계없이 12대 까지만 지급합니다.

3.12대 벗어나 직추천한분이 있어도 보너스가 오지 않읍니다.

 

그러므로 본인의 추천은 가급적 12대안에서 메트릭스 구도에 빈자리를 채워 주셔야 합니다.

만약,12대까지 빈자리가 없고 각각 모두 매월 3병 오더를 한다면(100%) 매트릭스 커미션은

 

1.100% 달성---$22,000/월

2. 50% 달성---$11,000/월

3. 10% 달성--- $2,200/월(작지 않읍니다)

 

MATRIX BONUS/매주 지급

 

 

This New Year will offer greater earning potentials for LPGN’s Compensation Plan. Effective February 1st, 2013, 12:01 AM PST LifePharm Global Network’s Compensation Plan will include amended enhancements to the Coded Match Bonus and the Global Pool Bonus, along with the introduction of a NEW Bonus, the Leadership Match Bonus.

 

CODED MATCH BONUS/코디드 매치보너스

 

 

Currently: Your Coded Match Bonus pays you a percentage of the coded bonus earnings from your first 5 levels in your Generation Tree.

New Structure: You will get paid a percentage of the coded bonus earnings when those coded to you qualify for coded bonus.

 

You will be able to earn from your compressed first 5 qualified Coded Generations.

Benefits: Any IBO coded to you who opens their coded bonus earnings, by personally sponsoring a third enrollee under them, is your 1st generation coded match. You are no longer limited to earning from just 5 generational levels. Now you can earn a Coded Match Bonus through 5 coded generations with unlimited width and depth in your Generational Tree!

LEADERSHIP BONUS/리더쉽 보너스

 

Currently: You earn 5% bonus of your Generational Leg Volume (up to a monthly total of 20,000 CV) up until any 1st generational leg reaches a monthly total of 20,000 CV. You then stop earning a percentage of that leg.

New Structure: There is no change to the Leadership Bonus however this is a foundation for the NEW LEADERSHIP MATCH BONUS

– The Leadership Match Bonus is an ADDED BONUS on top of the current Leadership Bonus and is available only to IBOs who are not in the Global Pool. When one of your 1st generational legs reaches over 20,000 CV your second highest 1st level generational leg will earn you a 100% match on the Leadership Bonus. The Leadership Bonus and Leadership Match Bonus combined will not exceed $1000 on your second highest generational leg. There is an active requirement of 70 CV.

Benefits: You can earn DOUBLE Leadership Bonus income from your second highest generational leg after your first generational leg breaks away 20,000 CV. You will also have an additional incentive to push your second highest generational leg to 20,000 CV as you become eligible to qualify for shares in the new Global Pool.

 

 

 

GLOBAL POOL BONUS/글로벌 풀보너스

 

New Structure: The three Global Pools will now be combined. once you have 2 generational legs that reach over 20,000 CV you will receive 2 shares in the Global Pool*. With each subsequent generational leg that reaches 20,000 CV you will receive an additional share. There is no limit on shares that may be earned.

Benefits: The Global Pool Bonus will now provide high achieving IBOs a chance to earn even greater residual income with LPGN! There is less possibility of saturation in the pools and it will be reserved exclusively for those who have built sizable organizations and are striving for long-term income.

*The Global Pool Bonus and Leadership Matching Bonus total payout will be 3% of Worldwide Sales CV. The Global Pool is a floating percentage. once the Leadership Matching Bonus has been paid out, the remaining percentage up to 3% of Worldwide Sales CV will be allocated to the Global Pool Bonus.
