A light-filled suite of amenities, designed by Jeffrey Beers International, spans two floors and offers residents carefully curated spaces for relaxation, socializing, and recreation with a lobby library featuring a double-height bookcase wall, an entertainment suite featuring a bar and private dining room with catering pantry, a fitness club opening onto the furnished Fifth Avenue Terrace, a games lounge, and a kids' club.
Rising to 55 stories, the tallest residential building on Fifth Avenue in New York City was designed to maximize exposures on all residential floors, providing views and daylight on all sides. The centralized building core and perimeter columns ensure that each residential floor is column-free, allowing flexibility of layout on each floor.
Facade installation is nearing completion at 277 Fifth Avenue, a 55-story residential tower from developers Victor Group and Lend Lease. Located in the NoMad neighborhood, the tower will offer 130 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with interiors designed by Jeffrey Beers International.
